GUIDELINES ON HOW TO REGISTER
There are two types of registration:
1) CONVENTION REGISTRATION
A. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
B. GROUP REGISTRATION
2) SHORT COURSES REGISTRATION
A. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
B. GROUP REGISTRATION
A.INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
* If you do not have a user account:
Step 1:
Access our micro website www.ipa.or.id/convex/webmain/main/home
Step 2:

Create a user account by clicking on the “Create Account” button located on the front page.

Please note that fields noted with “*” are mandatory and must be filled to complete the registration.

Automatically you will receive a notification letter via e-mail to the e-mail address that you designated when you created your “User Account”.
Step 3:
-
LOG IN using your USER ID and PASSWORD for Convention registration.

After completing the form, click “Submit” to send your registration form.

You will automatically receive a notification letter of your convention registration containing your “Convention Registration” details, which also serves as an invoice.
Step 4:
MODIFICATION/CHANGE OF DETAILS
Should you need to modify/change your “Convention Registration” details :

Login in to your profile (as in Step 3) and make the necessary changes.

Once the changes have been completed, click “Submit”. Automatically a new notification letter will be generated and sent to your e-mail address.
* If you already have a user account:
You can login using your USERNAME and PASSWORD and access the “Convention Registration” Form and proceed to step 3..
B. GROUP REGISTRATION
Group registration method is provided for a company who would like to register more than 1 of their employees simultaneously.
To do Group Registration kindly download the Microsoft Excel document from the link below and follow the instructions
Group Registration Sheet
Step 1:

The PIC (Person In Charge) from your company will need to download the Microsoft Excel file we have provided.
Step 2:
-
On the Microsoft Excel document there is information that needs to be filled in, one person per row.

Follow the example we provided on the sheet 2 of the Microsoft Excel document and fill in the fields accordingly.

Please refrain from making any new formatting of the Microsoft Excel document.

PIC must fill in the individual e-mail address.
-
PIC cannot register multiple individuals using just singular e-mail address.
Step 3:
After filling in all the necessary fields, save the document and e-mail back to us at convention.reg@quadevent.com
Step 4:
-
The PIC will receive a notification letter via e-mail with a summary of all the individuals that he/she registered.

Each individual registered by the PIC will also receive a notification of registration.
Step 5:
MODIFICATION/CHANGE OF DETAILS
-
Should the PIC need to make changes to the registration details for one or more individuals, he/she will need to resubmit the Microsoft Excel document.
-
The PIC will only need to fill out the person’s full name, e-mail address and the new information on the appropriate fields.
For example:
Original registration info: Mr. John Doe – jdoe@email.com 0812345678
New registration info: Mr. John Doe - jdode@email.com 0887654321 (and leave other fields blank).

SHORT COURSE REGISTRATION |

After completing the form, click “Submit” to send your registration form.

You will automatically receive a notification letter containing your “Short Courses registration” details.

You will further be contacted by IPA (Ms. Rini Kusumastuti , at telephone number +62 21 515-5959 ext. 107 ).
MODIFICATION/CHANGE OF DETAILS
Should you need to modify/change your “Short Courses registration” details:

Login to your profile (as in Step 3) and make the necessary changes

Once the changes have been completed, kindly click “Submit”. Automatically a new notification letter will be generated and sent to your e-mail address.
* If you already have a user account:
You can use your username and password to access directly to the online Short Course Registration and proceed to step 3.
B. GROUP REGISTRATION
Group registration method is provided for a company who would like to register more than 1 of their employees simultaneously.
