Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing IPA Exhibition and Convention every year.
The first priority is to determine the date of the meeting which is acceptable to all parties. These dates should be set for the meeting schedule IPA does not coincide with the time of the meeting held by other large oil industry, or a holiday, and the month of Ramadan.
Monthly meetings are held to review the implementation of the duties and obligations of all members of the committee, set a projected attendance figures, as well as selecting the main speaker and the speaker candidates for public discussion events. At the initial meeting, the committees usually discuss a spending plan that is calculated based on the projected attendance to prepare a preliminary budget, which is sent to the Director of the IPA Board.
Monthly meetings are usually held on the week before the Board meeting held IPA.
